iTenancy is an easy to use Tenancy Agreement app for landlords and property managers and is ideal for single and multiple tenancies. You can create AST agreements on any iOS device and getting to grips with the app is easy:

1.Download, then complete your account information;
2.Go to My Account to buy credits from the AppStore;
3.Login then tap New icon at top right of screen to create a new agreement;
4. The intuitive step by step user interface records the tenant, property, tenancy and next of kin details. You can also take a photo of each tenant and proof of ID.;
5.When you have recorded all the information, tap ‘Save’;
6.Then preview the agreement with the tenant(s); at this stage you may need to go to ‘Settings’ and add/ change some data to tailor the Agreement style to your requirements. To edit the agreement details, just tap on the iTenancy icon;
7.The tap ‘Finalise’ icon to sign off the agreement on the device screen, then export the agreement by email in a secure PDF format to anyone who needs a copy! Note: editing isn’t possible after agreement is finalised.
